As Melbourne Music Week draws closer, we take a look at the top 5 acts to catch during the exceptionally stacked bill of talent.

You may or may not be aware, Melbourne Music Week is upon us. And as the program might suggest, there is a tonne of amazing and unique ticketed and free performances on display (250 acts over 85 events to be exact), amongst a trove of talks, throughout the week. You might be finding it hard to narrow down on which acts to head along to. Whilst there are many that we’d love to attend, here are our top 5!
Civic Sounds - AC/DC Lane - Sunday November 18th from 1pm. Ticket Info Below.
Without a doubt Civic Sounds is on everyones “to do” list. Jam packed with a stellar line-up of local and national talent featuring, Nai Palm, RVG, The Bennies, Bec Sandridge, IV League, Ro, Batz, Destrends, DPRS and headlined by non other than Regurgitator. This multi-stage laneway event is sure to be a spectacle of MMW.

Taking place on the same night as Civic Sounds, is this also stacked line-up, a short walk over to Melbourne Town Hall. Whilst this is an amazing assortment of acts in its own right, there is also the alluring nature of the venue in which said acts will be performing. Slowly Slowly + Press Club - Cherry Bar - Wednesday November 21st from 8pm. FREE.
Your last chance to catch Slowly Slowly this year, in an intimate venue like Cherry Bar, no less. Presented by Jack Daniels the Slowly Slowly live experience coupled with the mighty Press Club, is sure to be an absolutely hectas night of fun! Get down early to secure your spot with what is sure to be an “at capacity” event!
