Pandemonium Rocks festival's first event of the tour kicked off at Caribbean Gardens yesterday. Although the original festival lineup was billed as two stages and more bands, the one stage format made this an easy-going day where fans could chill with their mates on the seated lawn area, have some drinks in the sun, and move up close to the stage later in the evening for the headliners. It offered a rare opportunity to get up close and personal to bands like Blondie and Alice Cooper, which otherwise may not have been possible.
