Touché Amoré (US) will return to Australia for one exclusive 'Stage Four' show with Tigers Jaw (US) this November

Los Angeles post-hardcore legends Touché Amoré are returning to Australia this November for one exclusive show at The Forum in Melbourne, commemorating 10 years of their seminal album, Stage Four. Joining them as main support are very special guests, Scranton, PA emo-rock icons, Tigers Jaw

Since forming in LA in 2007, Touché Amoré have been a driving force as vanguards of the contemporary hardcore scene. Over the years, and across their discography, the band has probed and navigated anxiety, isolation, illness, and grief. They return to Australia off the back of their extensive Australian tour with Militarie Gun last year, where they showcased their latest artistic chapter with newest album, Spiral in a Straight Line, while honouring the legacy they’ve built over nearly two decades. Now, for one night only, they return to Melbourne to play Stage Four in full.

Coming up on 10 years since its release, Stage Four is the band's harrowing fourth studio album, and remains widely regarded as Touché Amoré's most defining work. Written in the wake of frontman Jeremy Bolm's mother passing from cancer, the album saw the band transition, pushing and pulling at the boundaries of hardcore, exploring painfully human emotions and the profound reality of loss.

The album, as described by Pitchfork, is "an autobiographical tragedy that soars in spite of an overwhelming urge to succumb" and resonated with audiences far beyond punk and hardcore world, solidifying Touché Amoré as one of the most impactful bands in modern post-hardcore.

Joining Touché Amoré in Australia this November is Tigers Jaw, a band whose influence across emo, indie and post-hardcore has deepened with time, and who have long been considered an important and wildly revered band. They quickly gained attention for their ability to effectively and cooly capture teenage emotions, with equal parts upbeat angst and mellow moodiness. And now, two decades later, the band continue their legacy with their seventh full length album, Lost on You, released in March via Hopeless Records

For one night only, two of the most beloved bands in modern post-hardcore will share the stage for a special celebration of Touché Amore's iconic record Stage Four with more special guests to be revealed soon. Don't miss out when tickets go on-sale Thursday 4 June @ 11am AEST via Destroy All Lines
