The Living End celebrated the 25th anniversary of their debut self-titled album by blowing the roof off Festival Hall with their absolutely incredible show.
The band opened with some fan favourite previous hits that aren't often in their regular setlist rotation (for example I Can't Give You What I Haven't Got from their 2004 Greatest Hits release). After five older tracks, there was a five minute video introduction with footage from the band in 1997, before they launched into playing the album everyone was there to hear.
They finished off the show with another five fan favourite songs including Uncle Harry.
Supporting the band were Frankston's Belair Lip Bombs, and long-time friends and collaborators Area 7 who also came out to play horns on The Living End's Trapped.
